Who we are

This website is operated by Summit Consulting Ltd (“Summit”, “we”), the company behind MelaGRC. Questions about this policy can be sent to strategy@summitcl.com.

What we collect

• When you request a demo: your organisation name and work email address.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, the time you signed up and confirmed, and which form you used. You are not added to the mailing list until you click the confirmation link we email you.
• When you write to us: your email address and whatever you put in the message.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit how many demo requests one connection can make. The site sets a single security cookie that protects the demo form against forged submissions; it is not used for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

• To create your demo workspace and send you its activation code and any follow-up about the demo.
• To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed and confirmed. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and the unsubscribe takes effect immediately.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep the demo form from being abused.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Where it goes

Your organisation name and email address are passed to the MelaGRC application at app.melagrc.com to create your demo workspace and your login. Emails are sent through our email provider. Demo workspaces are time-limited: when the trial period ends, access to the workspace is locked.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to strategy@summitcl.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
