About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and of a free demo workspace on MelaGRC, provided by Summit Consulting Ltd (“Summit”). A paid subscription or an on-premise licence is governed by its own agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

The demo workspace

  • The demo is for evaluating MelaGRC. It is free and time-limited; when the trial period ends, access is locked.
  • It is not a production system. Do not rely on it to hold records you need to keep, and do not put in personal or confidential data you are not prepared to have in a trial environment.
  • Each demo is for one organisation. Do not share your login with people outside it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the website or the demo, to reach another organisation’s workspace, or to use them for anything unlawful.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and demos running but provide them as they are, without a guarantee of availability, and we may change or withdraw a demo at any time.
